Fulfilment Policy

American Clear Ice Company Fulfillment Policy




1. Order Processing




(For Restaurant and Wholesale Clients:)

    - Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely production and delivery.


    - Large or custom orders (e.g., branded ice, specialty cuts) require a minimum lead time of 5 business days.


    - Orders can be placed via our website, email, or phone during business hours.


    - Order modifications or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.




(For E-Commerce Customers:)


    -Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.


    -Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.


    -Customers will receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking information.




2. Shipping & Delivery




(For Restaurant and Wholesale Clients:)


    -We offer scheduled deliveries Monday – Saturday within our service area.


    -Delivery times will be scheduled in advance, and clients must ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.


    -A delivery fee may apply based on order size and location.


    -If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged.




(For E-Commerce Customers:)


    -Orders are shipped via express courier to ensure ice arrives in premium condition.


    -Shipping times range from 1–3 business days, depending on location.


    -We use insulated packaging to maintain ice integrity during transit.


    -Customers are responsible for ensuring availability for receipt upon delivery.




3. Storage & Handling


    -To maintain the quality of clear ice, store it in a commercial freezer at 0°F (-18°C) or below.


    -Do not store ice with strong-smelling foods, as ice can absorb odors.


    -Handle ice with clean, food-grade gloves or tongs to ensure hygiene.




4. Returns & Refunds


    -Due to the perishable nature of clear ice, all sales are final.


    -Refunds or replacements are only offered for:


    -Orders that arrive damaged due to shipping mishandling.


    -Incorrect or missing items from an order.


    -Orders that do not meet our quality standards.


    -Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation for review.


    -Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.




5. Subscription & Recurring Orders (For Restaurants & Bars Only)


    -Clients can set up weekly or monthly recurring orders for consistent supply.


    -Subscription orders receive priority scheduling and discounted rates.


    -Modifications or cancellations to recurring orders must be made at least 72 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
